NEW contract signed

Hello,

I signed and thoroughly read the contract and compared it to the old one. We can stay until June 1st 2014. There were some changes in the new contract, we went through them and I made them cross out one new enclosure that stated they could put up the rent in case we can stay longer than they above date and renew the contract. Chances UR may keep the building beyond that date are very small, but still I made them cross it out. The contract we have now seems to be fine the way it is. Steffie will open up a new account and Ilya paid Jeroen. So, we are at a brand new start!
