FELIX + LUTZ's E-MAIL

once again, here's the e-mail:



"Dear all,

due financial reasons its seems that we (felix and lutz) have to give up the space in the former volkskrant building.
one reason is that the price for the space is risin up to knowwhere
and since we are workin alot abroad right now,is there no possibility to use the space.
we didnt talked to anybody yet,like urban resort or other people from the 3rd floor cause first we wanted to tell our neighbours and "roommates".
so by this!
we actually dont know how we get things sorted right now,
cause we never had any huurcontract or agreement for this space.
since the whole doka is "shared"
we re wondering if we have like a shared huur contract or whatever..may maarten knows more about it.!?!
actually we are wondering,
may somebody of you or your close friends want to take the space over.
otherwise we will talk to urban resort next week to get things sorted.

what are our options?

1) one of our doka group wants to rent their space
2) some of us (as a small group) wants to rent it
3) we search for new renter/s
4) we ask Felix + Lutz to find and propose replacement renters to us


i actually don't know what agreement we/they have with Urban Resort, etc. about ending their rental (who knows, maybe Maarten?)

does anyone know how much rent they pay?

we should deal with this soon + react, because they propose to talk to Urban Resort next week.
