well let's discuss it. does anyone know a good friend in need of studiospace? i do know 2 superreliable people, sjoerd and elodie. they are superresponsable and nice. however, i do not know if they think the space is too small/dark..... i will copy this to the blog, please respond if you know someone, maybe we can choose a date and meet some people so we can propose new neighbours to urban resort.

sounds good to me, Maartje. i totally agree about trying to get people we know and trust in there.

Could you maybe e-mail Felix + Lutz back about that? maybe also ask if they know people who would want to take it over, and ask them to stay in touch with us before they go to talk to UR.
if you have no time, maybe someone else can do it?
we need to ask them when they plan to move out; seems like it might be at end of September??

and the sink is majorly backed up in our communal space, not attractive to new renters. . . .
i thought that if we get desperate, maybe some jewellery students could want it, it's small but that suits them fine. (only it's a little dark, they'd probably prefer the front near the windows), but I like to hear what others think. . . .
