I've recently ordered paper from Germany with Interfoto. They might be a good place for you to look into.
www.interfotogmbh.de
The shipping was really cheap, € 8,- for a big box, and if you tell them you don't want
to be charged with VAT they wont. Their service is pretty fast.
I have an example written by Steffie if you would order with them how to leave the btw out.
The ordering through the webshop wasn't working for me so if you send an email that also works.
